Our Goal for the Season

When Our Families Work Together, Our Athletes Receive More

The Premier Performance Booster Club was created to support our athletes, strengthen our community, and help make the season more rewarding for participating families.

Our goal is simple: we want Booster Club families to receive more in benefits and support throughout the season than they invest in membership.

We make that possible when Cheer and Twirl families join, volunteer, and participate in fundraising opportunities together.

Together

Every family plays an important part.

Membership dues create the foundation. Volunteer support makes events possible. Fundraiser participation determines how much we can give back.

Led by Parents, Built for Athletes

A Parent-Led Organization Supporting Premier Performance

Premier Performance Booster Club, Inc. is a parent-led organization created to support Premier Performance athletes, programs, and families. The Booster Club is governed and operated by its volunteer Board and members and is not operated by Premier Performance Gym.

We work in partnership with the Premier Performance community while independently organizing memberships, fundraisers, volunteer activities, and the distribution of Booster Club resources.

Our Mission

Supporting Athletes On and Off the Competition Floor

Our mission is to support and advance the athletes, programs, and community of Premier Performance by fostering a culture of excellence, encouragement, and engagement.

Through active membership, fundraising, volunteerism, and advocacy, we are committed to providing resources and opportunities that empower athletes to reach their fullest potential—on and off the competition floor.

How It Works

Three Ways to Make a Difference This Season

The Booster Club succeeds when families participate in three important ways.

1

Join as a Member

Membership dues provide the foundation for our programs, guarantee your athlete’s initial benefits, and make your family eligible for additional member opportunities.

2

Volunteer

Members will be asked to volunteer at a minimum of one event or fundraiser. A small amount of time from many families can make an enormous difference.

3

Participate in Fundraisers

When our fundraisers succeed, more resources and benefits come back to member athletes across both the Cheer and Twirl programs.

More Than Membership Dues

The More We Raise, the More We Can Give Back

The Booster Club will organize fundraisers throughout the season. Funds raised may support member athletes across both the Cheer and Twirl programs, as well as approved needs that benefit the broader Premier Performance community.

Our success depends on how many families join, volunteer, participate, and help share each fundraising opportunity.

As fundraising proceeds grow, we may be able to offer additional benefits beyond those guaranteed with membership.

  • ✈ Athlete travel expenses
  • ★ Competition fees
  • ♥ Team-building activities
  • ⚙ Needed gym equipment
  • 🎁 Additional athlete benefits
  • 🏆 End-of-season experiences
Volunteer Commitment

A Little Time From Each Family Goes a Long Way

Booster Club members will be asked to volunteer at a minimum of one fundraising event or activity during the season.

Most volunteer opportunities will involve a short session and simple responsibilities. Specific opportunities and sign-up information will be announced throughout the year.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Taking tickets
  • Distributing purchased fundraiser items
  • Helping with pickup or check-in
  • Assisting with event organization
  • Supporting guest services

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Booster Club Membership?

Learn more about membership, benefits, fundraising, volunteering, financial management, and how the Booster Club operates.

Is membership open to both Cheer and Twirl families?

Yes. Families from every Premier Performance Cheer and Twirl program are invited to join, volunteer, participate in fundraisers, attend general membership meetings, and receive applicable member benefits.

Member-athlete fundraising benefits are provided equally, regardless of whether an athlete participates in Cheer or Twirl.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is $100 per family for the season and includes one athlete. Each additional athlete in the same family is $20.

What benefits are guaranteed with membership?

Novice and Prep Cheer member athletes receive a $25 end-of-season swag bag and an end-of-season ice cream party. Elite Cheer and Competitive Twirl member athletes receive a $50 end-of-season swag bag.

Additional benefits may be added depending on fundraising success.

Can non-members purchase a swag bag or attend certain activities?

Yes. Some items and activities may be available to all Premier Performance athletes. The Booster Club will pay the fee for eligible member athletes, while non-member families may participate by paying the cost themselves.

For example, a non-member may purchase an end-of-season swag bag, while the Booster Club covers that cost for a member athlete. The contents of the swag bag are decided upon by the program or team, not by the Booster Club board members. The Booster Club will simply allocate funds to pay for this out-of-pocket expense for member athletes.

How will Booster Club money be allocated?

The Board will approve an annual budget based on membership income, fundraising results, anticipated expenses, and the needs of athletes and programs.

What kinds of expenses may the Booster Club pay?

Depending on available funds, expenses may include:

  • Travel or competition-related assistance
  • Team-building activities
  • Athlete recognition and end-of-season experiences
  • Needed gym equipment
  • Programs benefiting Premier Performance athletes

Specific spending will depend on available funds and Board approval.

Does each athlete have an individual account?

No. Membership dues and fundraising proceeds become Booster Club funds and are not held in personal accounts for individual athletes.

When proceeds are designated for member-athlete benefits, those benefits are provided equally to eligible member athletes.

What does it mean that fundraising benefits members equally?

The success of each fundraiser helps determine what the Booster Club can provide for all member athletes.

Benefits are not calculated only from one family’s personal sales. The more funds raised or event registrations received, the more the Booster Club can provide for everyone.

What types of fundraisers are planned?

Two fundraisers are currently planned for the fall of 2026:

  • A Spirit Weekend at Fox’s Pizza
  • A Boston butt sale around Labor Day

In the spring, we hope to organize a larger community event, such as a 5K or a similar family-friendly fundraiser.

Members will be asked to promote these opportunities to friends, relatives, coworkers, and others in the community.

Additional fundraising opportunities and events will be added as we go. Do you have a great idea for a fundraiser? We’d love to hear about it!

Will members be required to volunteer?

Yes. Members will be asked to volunteer at a minimum of one event or fundraiser during the season.

Duties may include taking tickets, helping with check-in, distributing purchased items, or assisting with other simple event responsibilities.

Who decides how Booster Club funds are spent?

The Board of Directors approves the organization’s budget and spending decisions.

Committees may help plan programs, events, and fundraisers but cannot commit funds or make policy decisions without Board approval.

How are Booster Club funds protected?

Funds are held in accounts belonging to the Booster Club and are not mixed with personal or gym funds.

Are Board members paid?

No. Board members and officers serve without compensation. Reasonable, pre-approved expenses may be reimbursed when proper documentation is provided.

Can members attend meetings?

Members in good standing may attend general membership meetings, receive Booster Club communications, vote on matters presented to the membership, and participate in Booster Club activities.

The Booster Club will hold at least one annual general membership meeting. Board working meetings are separate from general membership meetings.

Will members be able to vote?

Yes. Members in good standing may vote on matters brought before the general membership, including officer elections at the annual meeting.

Routine management, budgeting, and spending decisions are handled by the Board.

Will members receive financial and budget information?

Yes. The Treasurer maintains the financial records and presents financial reports at Board meetings and at the annual general membership meeting.

Members will receive information about the budget, fundraising results, and use of funds through Booster Club reports and general membership meetings.

Can members serve on committees?

Yes. Members in good standing may help with committees such as fundraising, events, communications, and volunteer coordination.

Is the Booster Club run by Premier Performance Gym?

No. Premier Performance Booster Club, Inc. is a separate, parent-led nonprofit organization governed by its volunteer Board and members.

It works in partnership with Premier Performance Gym, but the Booster Club manages its own funds, records, decisions, and activities.

Are membership dues tax-deductible?

No. Membership dues are paid in exchange for membership benefits and are not charitable contributions.

What happens if the Booster Club raises more money than expected?

Additional funds may be used to increase member benefits, support approved athlete or program needs, purchase equipment, fund team activities, or build reserves for future projects.

What happens if fundraising falls short?

The Booster Club will prioritize the benefits specifically guaranteed with membership.

Additional benefits and optional projects will depend on the amount raised and the financial resources available.

Premier Performance Booster Club, Inc. is registered as a Georgia nonprofit corporation. The organization has applied for recognition as a federal tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3), and its application is currently pending IRS approval. Membership dues are fees paid in exchange for membership benefits and are not charitable contributions.
