Whether you are just starting out in cheerleading or preparing for high school or college competition, our programs teach students the skills and techniques to reach their goals. We will work on performance technique, choreography and offer tumbling, jumping, and motion training. Our program, will inspire confidence and focus on both individual goals and the pride of teamwork.

Classes offered include:
Mini Cheer and Tumble Class (1 hour class for ages 4-8)
This all-inclusive class covers proper techniques in motions, jumps and presentation, stunting and tumbling.
Junior Cheer and Tumble Class (1.5 hour class for ages (9-14)
This all-inclusive class covers proper techniques in motions, jumps and presentation, stunting and tumbling.
School Tryout Prep Clinics (winter and spring)
Geared for high school or college tryouts. We help polish your techniques and help you stand out from the crowd.
Stunt Clinics
We will work on partner techniques to build confidence.
Flyer Flexibility (incorporated into Cheer Class)
Gain better awareness of body positioning, ankle strength and overall core strength, particularly important to flyers.
Strength and Conditioning (incorporated into Cheer Class)
Core strength is critical for balance, jumping and stunting. This class provides age-appropriate exercises for strong bodies.
